After School Club

Our hugely popular After School Club operates during term time from 3.15pm to 5.45pm (excluding inset days). Designed to appeal to all ages from 4-11, the club provides a safe, welcoming environment where children can do as much or as little as they please.

The Club is run by a dedicated team of trained staff who plan the sessions in advance to ensure children get the most out of their time. Club members have access to all the school’s facilities including the heated swimming pool between April and October. Other activities include arts and crafts, board games and story telling. The children are also provided with a drink and hot/cold snack which they enjoy helping to prepare.

The club is open to all children at Esher Church School.  To register please download and complete the Registration Form below and return to the school office.

Holiday Club

The holiday club is open to children of primary school age (reception through to year 6) – for summer holiday sessions this includes children who will be starting in reception in the September following the holiday. However, we are only able to take 6 children of this age per session.

Morning (8:30am – 12:30pm) and afternoon (1:00pm – 5:00pm) sessions are charged at £16 each. For a whole day (morning and afternoon session on the same day) the charge will be £32 – children will need to bring a packed lunch.

The holiday club will have use of the school building, playground and field. There will be a range of activities on offer each day including , sports, cookery, arts and crafts as well as time for free play.

Priority for places will be given to Esher Church School pupils, although we may be able to accommodate siblings, who are not currently our pupils, on our less busy days.
